Bad service at Galitos and bad staff attitude at mams mall

So I went to galitos mams mall with my 3 young kids, upon entering the mall I was soo excited and decided to grab two hot boxes, only to be told that they r no longer in promotion so I order something else,cashier was friendly, I even gave a tip. So I sat down n my yound one refused to eat chips so I decided to but her gravy to eat with pap, so I sent my son, he was rudely told we don't have change for A R200, so I went there myself I got the same treatment, no change, that money is too much for such a little gravy, then I said it's all I have, she said check ur money nna I don't have change, u gonna take all my change n I still have to work the whole day. I get frustrated open my purse n show her that I don't have have coins, at this point I wanted to ask them to refund all the food as I had lost my appetite, but I kept my cool, the change miraculously appeared in her drawer after she saw I wasn't budging. So we ate then my son got thirst n requested water, I sent him to the waiter who was just being us, so after a few minutes I saw my son still standing with no water, I asked wat happened, he ddnt respond I I told him to ask her again, I heard her saying wait can't u see I'm still busy, to my son tjooo at this point I lost my appetite I ddnt even finish the food I bought, why must we be treated as if we are eating for free. Sorry but it's the last time I eat here. I wasted R200 for nothing but bad service and stinking attitude. No more galitos for me
