Bad Service and Bad attitude

On Saturday the 15th August 2015, a group of friends and i went to have supper at Galito's in Elim Mall at around 7/8 and the service there was bad to say the least. We got there and Ordered the family Meal when we were then told that there were no chips and rolls. We then decided to substitute with Rice but after we were seated we decided we wanted to change our rice to pap that's when we were told by the cashier that the Manager was not there therefore they were unable to void so we were forced to eat the rice. We had also ordered Ciders and were told they had no Opener so they couldn't open for us....My question is how do you tell a paying customer what to eat, and how do you sell ciders and not be able to open them.....they all had attitudes and they were not even willing to help......how do you not have chips, rolls, a Manager to void and an opener all at once, have an attitude but expect people to keep on coming back and pay for the mean!
