BAD SERVICE

So on 10th August I went to buy pap and I was given yesterday's pap??I went back to complain and I was told that I didn't mention that I want fresh pap and they are still busy cooking??????Really? So we must be specify that we want fresh or not????I am really disappointed in the service I received??if I wanted yesterdays pap I would have brought from home. Why are you even selling yesterday's food???? I then went to the customer care to complain,They rep**** on 16th to say they received my complain and gave me a case number and that i will be contacted? I then received another email on 17th from galitos with a different case number asking me to explain what happened so they can assist ,I then responded with my complain till today I am still waiting for feedback???????? WHY ARE THEY EVEN SELLING YESTERDAY'S FOOD????????
