Bad service

I was served food in an unusual packaging when I asked they said things changed I said ok but when I openned it ,it was as if they wher rushing to get home um sorry but no one would eat such. When I confronted the manager politely she said to me if they take it back I would be taking money out of there mouths as one of them has to pay for the mistake so she cannot do anything about it and for a loyal customer I was really dissapointed. The pap was cut into pieces idk why gravy thrown in and livers where countable. RIVERSIDE VIEW GALITOS
