Bad Service

Galito's Groblersdal's service is very poor. I have 2 bad encounters from them. 1st they once gave my food to another customer I had to wait for an hour for them to prepare my food. Today I had to wait another full hour just to get my order, mind you the shop was not even busy there was only 2 customers before me and they got their orders in time. I made a decision that I am not visiting the shop again, I can't wait this long for a mere full chicken
