Bad service

What a terrible experience, today I went to Galito’s Esikhawini with my two year old daughter. As we walked in she noticed a l ballon at the door and wanted it. I took one for her and as we got to the teller she took the ballon from her hand and said sorry if for a competition, she put it back I than asked about the competition and never got a response (I asked twice what is the competition about). Placed my order and when I asked for a kiddies meal I was told they do not have sweets which is part of the kiddies meal, I agreed that I will take the meal without the sweet. I ordered a laduma meal and a kiddies meal. When I arrived home I realised that there was no roll I couldn’t go back as I was home already and had to deal with a crying toddler for a ballon and if I went back she would have started crying again for it. Very disappointing. I paid for a sweet which I didn’t receive, paid for a roll which I didn’t receive and top it up with bad service.
