Bad Galitos service

Galitos Mthatha Manager Akhona is so bitter, I made an order for 2skhaftini (time 18:18, date 03/08/18) and she accepted the order but to my surprise she refused to take my name, As I drove to the shop she called and said they don’t have skhaftini then when I asked her why did she accept the order she then hanged up. I walked in the store to ask why did she do that and she shouted at me infront of customers refusing to accept that she made a mistake.
