Bad delivery service

I orderd food at Galitos Barberton at 16:25 I am typing this it is 18:47 and I have not receved my order, I called the restaurant at 18:00 and they said my order is out its been over 45 minutes been waiting, I called again but they did not answer my call. Service is really bad. I even received an email to rate my order whilst I did not receive any food and now I have lost my voucher.
