Bad customer service, untasty chicken

I am disgruntled about the customer service I received at galitos Kempton Gate. I waited for more than 50mins for the order and the food I received was not well prepared, not having taste. Chicken livers that I ordered also was just gravy. I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied. I actually regret and receiving food thats food value for money.
