Bad Customer Service

Yesterday (25th /08/2019) I went to Galitos in Lephalale and bought a full chicken menu which is on special, whilst I was still standing in front of the cashier she call the guy who was grilling the meat and she said to him lets sell him that other menu only to find out that they want sell me the meet which was outside with the delivery man. She call the delivery man to bring the meet, then I started to observe if what am hearing its true then they re-grill the meat and put pap in the micro-wave then everything was repackaged for me. When they call my order I just went and ask why are you giving me the food that was return then the guy who was grilling came smelling lots of alcohol and apologies and said he will make a new menu for me, then I was very angry for standing long when they bring my food I just took my order and went straight home which is about 20KM only to find out that they did not pour any sauce on meet its just a dry meet and the issue of not pouring sauce was for the second on the 28/07/2019 I experience the same issue with the same team and I report it to the manager the second day so no change was done.
