Bad client service, no respect, no communication skills, no problem solving skills. People here lack people skills

I still can't believe the service that I received from a teller and her colleague Mpho from Zone7 Sebokeng. Iyooo no respect, chitchatting while taking telephone orders. I phoned Galitos at 18:55 stayed in a call for 5 minutes, later to be told that my order was not yet placed. Teller told me that she will call me to give me the total costs...10 minutes later I call again, asked if I can add somethings, the same teller told me that my order was placed without being told the my previous cost...She then continue to chitchat with her colleagues while putting me on hold...she went AWOL....then cut the phone. Few minutes later I received a call from another lady (from Galitos) who said her name is Mpho. Mpho asked me what is my problem??? What an approach !!!
