Avarage quality of food as well as bad service

This afternoon I went to Galitos Seshego sasol garage to buy 2 x hot box and chilli beans, my order number was 44. My order was prepared and handed over to me with confirmation of receipt. The lady who assisted me took my receipt and I thought customer copy is in the bag as usual. When I got home there was no receipt in my meal bag as well as quality of food was sucking.

The reason why I'm saying quality sucked is because I bought the same meal on the 07th/08/2021 at Galitos polokwane library gardens and I received my receipt as well as quality of food was excellent, the food was also hot sauced as requested. My question is what makes difference to both fast food outlet with the same name but different quality of food and customer service, is it because the one with good quality is in CBD while the other one sucking quality is outside town?
