1hours wait to be disappointed

I had placed an order online, with a message from Galito's saying that the food will be delivered in about 30min. it was delivered cold 30min after the indicated time. when asked (could have been an accident) the driver just said the system is never correct with delivery times.

So... either it takes over an hour to get the order, make the food, drive 1km and deliver it Or.... Galitos has a useless system that is broken.

Seeing that it takes 15min for me to get my food when I walk in and order and less than 5min to drive 1km and another 5min to return home (traffic...) I let you decide which option it is.

All the while my family is waiting for our chicken strips only to be greeted with chicken bits (wanting to make it look more, i suppose) on a single layer of chips. I have order multiple times from different Galito's and this was bad. Galitos as a whole I am happy about. this Galitos - who knows just doesn't care
