1hour for uncut chicken

10 August 2019 at 18h45 i stop at Galitos witbank salol to get a full chicken and asked them not to cut it. They told me that im going to wait for 1hour if they don't cut it but 13min if its cut.. What kind of chicken that takes 1hour ? I asked for customer service number and they said they know it.. manager is Linda.
