I'm a first time buy and I was very excited when I first viewed the Villa Baroque Estate show house, its so spacious, luxurious and beautiful. My dream home. I was assisted by Miguel Godi, she was very patient with me and walked me through everything. Buying a home isn't easy, its difficult as you are investing a lot of money. With the service and amazing units, I couldn't turn down the special they had, it was worth every cent. I can't wait to start investing in the next few years to come. I didn't pay transfer cost, they app**** with all 5 major banks, Absa, Nedbank, Standard Bank, FNB and SA Home Loans. The only cost was my deposit to secure my unit and it was part of the purchase price. The gardens are beautiful, the landscaping is amazing. I love how they have a lot of garden areas, birds chirping. Peaceful area with a beautiful view of Kyalami race course. I hope their next developments will have something different and new, breaking away from the traditional look.
