Not recommended
The development’s property called Blue Lake Estate in Blue Hills is not up to standard. I don’t recommend buying here. The security is a concern with car tyres being slashed in parking lots and apartments being broken into, constant water and electricity outages, you can’t go two weeks without either water or electricity outages. It’s definitely not a good buy.

The security is a concern with car tyres being slashed in parking lots and apartments being broken into, constant water and electricity outages, you can’t go two weeks without either water or electricity outages. It’s definitely not a good buy.
