Unhappy customer that is now a bit happier

I wrote a review a few weeks back on how unhappy I was with the service from Galencia, mainly wih Victor the Sales Director and Kimberly. Today i must say they actually came to the party. They met my wife and I and have agreed to our suggestions in writing and they honestly seemed since about it. Thank you for taking the time to get our house ready and for meetung us. I was extremely upset however the fact that you all took time to meet we appreciate ot. Ibalso suggest if you want to buy a house deal with the sales manager Miguel, she really knows what customer service is about. She might not abke to make higher level de isions but she tries very hard.
