Unhappy client

Galencia Property Development is the worst developer and their after-sales is **********. I bought a property from them last year April and moved in in June. One of their marketing strategy is to promise that they will pay the levies for 12 months after transfer. My transfer took place in June and ever since I have to run after them to get the levies paid. The body corporate is now threatening legal action and my agent keeps lying to me about the levies. Currently there is over R9000 outstanding and Lerato (my agent) couldn’t be bothered to assist me with this although she sold me the whole “no levies for 12 months”. Terrible service and have been **** to way too much. I’m starting to feel like I was ****med.
