Taking shortcuts and using inferior quality material.

<p>Take every single precaution before signing on the dotted line with Galencia. </p> <p> </p> <p>The developments might look nice on the surface but there is a whole lot of shortcuts and poor quality materials beneath the skin.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my detriment, I discovered that some shortcuts were taken by Galencia when it came to wiring the apartments in their Emerald Gardens development. This form of negligance sacrifices saftey for the sake of profit. </p> <p> </p> <p>Before you sign on the dotted line on transfer of ownership, make sure that you spend the money now to get an independent certificate of compliance as the once issued to Galencia is not worth the paper it is written on.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also make sure that you have some form of legal protection in case you need to bear you teeth as they take their sweet old time to resolves any snags. still have snags which I just gave up on because Hans and Victor promise the world to fix them but underdeliver.</p>
