Poor service coupled with a bad attitude from staf
We have not had any power for almost 2 days at the newly launched estate in Fourways. Issue started just before occupation date. Got somewhat resolved for the first week and a half. This week, we had issues of DSTV connection due to a power supply. Got home yesterday and there's no power. Tried calling Galencia after sales staff and no concrete feedback is given to us. TK Khoza has very bad attitude. Refers us to Hannes and who doesn't answer his \supposedly emergency phone". Doesn't even have the decency to return calls"

Galencia Property do apologize for the inconvenience with the electricity, unfortunately the problem is with city power on a external electrical box in the area.
Galencia Property is working on the matter with City power to restore electricity as soon as possible to the development, as the developer we are not allowed to touch the outside electrical boxes only they can, our relevant staff is constantly following up with them.
