Poor rental management

I bought property in Cedar Acres to use as a rental property. The agent who assisted me with the purchase told me she is able to assist with rental so we went through with it. I struggled with the tenants rent being late for majority of the time that he stayed there. I constantly had to follow-up on rent that was sometimes up to a month late. I sent 2 formal letters of complaint with regards to this which both received no response. Upon termination of the lease, the tenant received his deposit back but had however damaged the property- the repairs are now on my account. My personal experience with the company left a bitter taste in my mouth and I would personally not recommend them to manage your property for rentals.
