Galencia is a formal, multinational investment company registered in South Africa. Since our founding, our organisation has remained committed to providing cost-effective housing for local consumers, with a number of successful developments completed.
With this mind, please refrain from referring to our company with defamatory terms such as “mafia” on public platforms.
To address your first complaint, please note that while South Africa has no standard regulations regarding interior decoration materials, all Galencia residential estates are developed in strict accordance with various municipal requirements and building regulations. We can therefore state with confidence that the integrity of the structure is beyond question, and has been certified at every stage of its development by professional engineering firms.
Regarding the issue of sound insulation in the buildings, Galencia can once again confirm that all materials used in our developments have also been certified and inspected by the relevant professionals and municipal departments. We are working closely with construction partners and the Board of Trustees to attend to an issue where moisture-proof cloth on walls was laid improperly during the building phase. We are therefore pleased to confirm that the repair phase of this work has already been completed, and that the paint phase has begun. We hope that this will alleviate some of your concerns. However, should you still be dissatisfied, please do not hesitate to bring any issues to the attention of the Body Corporate, or to engage with us directly by contacting us on ***.
