Poor After Sales Service and Building Defects

Poor After Sales Service

Poor electric connections are defecting within months of taking occupation of new development. "After Sales" contact person is frankly useless and makes empty promises and ignores communication. A pain to deal with, I'd never recommend them to anyone.

I hope all is well, I spoke to Herman regarding your issue stated in your email. He informed me that you will need to make a payment regarding the light that you want the team to replace as the light fittings are out of warranty.

The issue was reported well before the item was out of warranty. You people are horrible at customer service. That still remains. How was this conclusion reached without having come to check up on the issue. The issue is electrical because the bulb works on other light systems.

Worst ever!!! Galencia is trash. Regret doing business with you all
