No TV siganl from communal satellite dish for four months

My worst decision ever when making a decision to buy property as the service has been atrocious to say the least. Companies like these take advantage of your vulnerability once you have signed the contract , the bank pays them and they are happy. All I have is a chain of e mails with no action taken to resolve the problem. As of today , no accountability except a deafening arrogant silence.....
