No dstv connectivity for two weeks and still counting

At Galencia's Cedar estate: Reported lack of dstv connectivity to agent , caretaker and after sales manager . Its been two weeks , till now problem not attended to. Worst service experience ever . Regretting my decision to deal with the company.
