I purchased my property in 2019, and at the end of 2020, my patio started showing signs of not being level (I think this was due to the rain). I contacted the agent who assisted me with the sale (Boitshoko) and she was still just as friendly and efficient as when I first met her. she rep**** promptly and my patio was fixed within 2 weeks.
