Lack of customer service

I purchased a property from Galencia, Groveacres Estate and from start to finish it has been the most unpleasant experience, nobody gives you feed back, they took for ever to register and **** constantly and to this day about 4 months after occupation they have failed to repair my snags as they are contractually bound to. I have mailed and called countess times but no avail. I have not had a light in my lounge for this entire time. I would not recommend doing business with them
