I don't only want to use Hello Peter to complain. I'll start by applauding Galencia's team, from builders, designers and architects... Won't say where I bought but the architecture, detail, and style is to be appreciated. I can't see my side neighbours from the balcony, things are well planned out. Gas stove, not electric, so consumption is low. The bottle is outside for safety. Modern features, even the toilet seats are soft closing. Mistakes will happen in every new project but mine were attended to quickly. Victor, the head of sales won't hesitate if I have a problem, though it's not his department.

The attention to detail, eg. a small space before the wardrobe wall so it won't hit the wall when you open. Modern aesthetics, polished finishes. I've seen other complexes and developers (Summercon), the mediocrity is frightening, their doors are made of paper? Galencia doors are painted to look like wood but they are metal, even a Bluetooth signal gets cut off. 10 points for style on the skirting and mirrors. I suspect there are people at Galencia who are well travelled and they brought that to us home owners. I'd read complaints from others on the platform... condolences. The company seems to be learning and growing from previous mistakes - Kaizen! Well done. keep growing.
