It’s not how it seems-Galencia
Very poor service. I chose the unit front he plan which has on ground floor and a corner unit. I kept in asking even when I signed the docs that this is the unit and several times it was confirmed. When I went to see the unit I was shown the unit on the ground but in the middle. It was not was I chose. You can imagine how this made me feel. I felt like cancelling the deal. Had it not been for my husband saying we should settle as this is not not our primary home, I would have been out of the deal. The agent had no clue what she was doing. Several times, while I was still viewing the developments, after she showed me a unit that I’m interested in when I go with my husband, it’s not the same unit. Twice she did that. The units may look stunning , however everything about this beauty is a nightmare. For anyone’s sanity I would not recommend them to anyone one bit. Horrible

We are disappointed by the lack of profession this agent possessed. The agent that assisted you was an external agent from an external agency; and not one of Galencia's internal agents. As soon as we received your complaint, we terminated that agent's contract. As said previously, this is not a reflection of Galencia Property and we will not stand or tolerate such unprofessionalism.
