Influx of rats/rodents at Cedar Acres, Fourways

Ever since we moved in the complex on the 1st August, each time whilst taking a jog around the complex I've been noticing an increasing amount of big sized rats/rodents roaming around. This is not only unhealthy for a new development but also poses a risk to vehicles parked under the carports as rats are known to creep inside car engines thus damaging the wiring.
