Herman is a horrible aftersales person , so unprofessional

Your aftersales department led by Herman is pathetic. I’ve been delayed moving in for months due to workmanship. It’s been over 4 months i’ve been trying to get my snaglist done. Simple job like painting , sorting out the lights , charging the cupboard since it’s cracked has taken months to complete. Herman doesn’t care about the buyers , he lies and makes empty promises, he never responds, never takes calls. i regret buying the property . Do not purchase any property from Galencia!!!
