The agent Junaid was so helpful in explaining how important it is to buy and not to rent out. He took me on a tour in viewing different apartments that are affordable for first time buyers. The deposit came in handy when buying property. When I moved in the fridge was not working properly but the maintenance guys fixed it. I'm happy with the property and landscape at Walford estate, if they can only fix the gate that is constantly not working.
