Good product but bad communication
I bought a property in Walford Estate for 2 years now and i have a tenant staying there for 2 years as well. I am very happy about the unit, everything inside this property is quite impressive. My tenant also loves this place and keeps extending his lease agreement, however for past two years he can't book the club house for functions. I need to know who is responsible and what is the way forward.
