Galencia Property R2million Nightmare

I bought a unit at Villa Baroque in Carlswald Midrand. This development with a beautiful facade is owned by Galencia Properties. They sell substandard work under the guise of elegance and opulence. For the past 18 months, I have been calling and emailing them to attend to my snag list which includes structural cracks, faulty locking systems, porous doors and poorly installed wardrobes. For a development that seems to choose the best of everything and top of the range finishings, they care very little about how their installations are done. And to show that this is entrenched in the company, they will send people to lie to you and promise to attend to your queries by next week and you wait in vain. I have had similar complaints from my neighbors. Clearly this developers are only interested in making money and to think they are developing on every square inch they can lay their hands on in the Northern Suburbs! They clearly don’t care about repeat business, they just want to target one sucker at a time. Forewarned is foretold, as do me, fool me once, shame on you; Fool me twice shame on me.
