Galencia properties Cedar Acres poor workmanship. Window frames have a gap that allows wind to blow in and they refuse to own up
I bought an investment property in 2018 at Cedar Acres , what a poor workmanship. The window frame allows wind to blow inside the and when I raised the issue I was told its inside problem therefore it's not an insurance issue . How does a window which opens outside and allows air in become a inside problem ?
