GALENCIA and all it’s representatives respects no one . I have complained for 12 months of noises and smells coming from our bedroom , each time our neighbor baths and flushed the toilet , WE HEAR IT And ALL THE WATER PRESSURE ANd SMELLS FROM THE WASTE. Each day we are woken up by this . I HAVE REPORTED THIS from FEB 2019 and no one is helping us . Sent several messages. The developer should just give us our money back so we leave , as their building is not up to standards ... I’m giving it end of the month then will go Roug... will make it a point that they know my frustration . , block 32/6 cedar
