False advertising
Blatant false advertising and really poor after-sales support. I purchased a unit at one of their properties (Walford Estate) in 2019 which had a running track advertised as one of of its attractions.
Now nearing 2022, it is clear that there is no running track, and there never will be a running track. Owners have still not been compensated for this false advertising and the high levies paid make no sense due to the lack of amenities.
The pool is never maintained and thus cannot be used, there is no running track, the boom gates are not operational 24/7, and the list goes on.
Overall: poor service, false advertising and I would not recommend anyone invest in any Galencia property

We are truly sorry to receive your complaint and apologies for the inconvenience caused. In the early stages of the Walford Estate development, we had indeed intended to build a circular running track. However, changes in the municipal requirements for attenuation ponds meant that we needed to modify the pond’s capacity for discharging stormwater from the estate and main road, which consequently impacted plans for the running track.
As a result, we notified the Body Corporate in writing in June 2020 that the running track would be removed from the development plans. Regarding the maintenance of public areas, we will communicate with to the Body Corporate to attend to these areas more timeously. Residents are also asked to please contact the Body Corporate to alert them to any issues requiring attention.
