Refuses to pay for work that was done for him

Good day Ground Water Practitioners did work for Donald that works at Galactico in the beginning of August 2024 and up until today 06/12/2024 we have not been paid. When we tri to contact him he doesn't answer. In the beginning he made promise after promise but never kept it.
