DSTV Galactico dishonest and useless

Im writing this complaint with thee most utmost disgust, on Saturday i went to DSTV GALACTICO within the kempton park area and spoke to Martin whom i advised that i am moving from Kempton Park to go stay in Midrand and was advised that it would be ZAR450.00 and the disconnection and thereafter installation in Midrand would be done the very same day, it is 5 days now that i have waited on this to be done, everyday i call i get advised on a time frame or i get given numbers of someone to call (meaning that despite my frustrations i the customer must follow up) which is ridiculous, i went to festivall mall yesterday and spoke to the same guy Martin who said Sipho and Alex are on their way yet again but still nothing. I am now requesting to be refunded my money and take my business elsewhere where it is appreciated or i might as well do it myself,<br> Regards
