Useless ******!

I took my cellphone in to have my screen repaired. They told me to come at 2pm to collect but suggested I phone first. I phoned at 3.15 and they told me to come in half an hour. When I got there they told me they hadn't repaired my phone but please could I come back at 5. I went back to Cresta at 5 and did some shopping first. I received a phone call from them to say that my phone still wasn't repaired and they would call me at 9 the next morning. They called at about 11.30 to say that my phone was repaired and I could come and collect. When I got home and used my phone it was clear that my phone was not working. When my husband took my phone back the following day they said they had told me that there was no warranty on screens so could do nothing about it. R3000 later and I have an unusable phone. What a bunch of dishonest *******! Absolutely disgusting!
