Lie and stole from me

I took my phone in and asked for the USB connector inside the phone to be replaced. I had to pay cash and got a written receipt and after 30 minutes I collected my phone. Four times I looked the salesperson in his eyes and asked if he replaced the connector on the inside. All 4 time he **** to me. I know a lot about electronics and when I checked the connector a few days later I found that it still could not upload data to my PC. I then saw the cable was never replaced. Then they promised me a new connector after a blow-out and I received the incorrect connector. Horrible blatant thievery. And the same salesperson is still working there. It is their way of doing business - it was no accident. If you do not fire a thieve, then you are fine with his practices.
