Kenilworth worth centre cellular service complaint

Bought 2x cellphone covers. 2x cellphone protection screens. Key ring and a power bank. Not even 2 weeks later, one cover falling apart already and crack on screen. Went today, was told my fault for screen, but will replace the one cover. The minute i complained about the screen guard i was told to come back with slips and they won't help me anymore. (they asked on the day after the sale to pay cash, which was alot, yet i still comp****). Terrible service. Extremely bad quality products and very rude agent. I was told in the beginning of the complaint he doesnt know about the seller and he doesn't work here anymore, but after the other agent who said he is his brother confirmed the guy who sold it is sick today. Lies and deception. Was told i can report them, they don't care.
