we were called into the cornubia branch where they had a galaxy S6 edge cover. Price was R350 which we negotiated to R150, which the shop keeper fitted and said if we have issues, we should return. I've been searching for a set of headphone jack go Bluetooth headphones, they have it for R1200.

2 weeks later we returned, screen undamaged but certain keys wouldn't work with the screen on. The same keeper fitted an S6 screen that didn't match the phone and promised to fit the correct screen guard in 2 days when he got stock. The guard broke on the sides because it didn't match the phone. it could not be carried in pocket or bag cos the screen edge overlaps the curved edge. when we returned to the store, the same guy was enraged cos the overlap edge broke. when trying to explain that it wouldn't work, he told us that he's not there to listen to us cos we only spent R150 and we aren't high paying customers, so he we must be quiet. that statement set me off and we got into it.

He flung the money at us, instead of admitting that their products are ****, and told us to not come back to the store. I managed to find the same headphones at China mall and Res hills mall accessory shop for R350.
