Ordered a PS4 Pro 1TB from them, as they were the only online company "that had it in stock". Confirmed via WA with them that they use RAM couriers and that delivery takes 3 - 5 days. Received e-mail that order was received and then another that payment was received. No reply from them since their confirmation on 2 April that my payment was received. Have tried a number of times to contact them to find out if my order was dispatched. They do not reply to any e-mails or WA's, phone goes directly to voice mail and yesterday they blocked me from accessing my account on their site. Needles to say, still no PS4....

I have reported them to CGSO and my bank.
