DO NOT BUY FROM GADGETGEEKCO

I bought a graphics card in February and contacted them via Whatsapp to make sure it was in stock. Johan rep**** saying it was in stock and could be there within 3-5 days, he even sent me a link to make payment. 2 weeks later I contacted customer services and Jamie told me the item was not in stock but would be sent the next day when it arrived with them. I contacted them 43 times over the next 2 weeks and they stopped replying to messages completely when I asked them for a tracking number after the item showed as dispatched on their website.

I got my bank to do a chargeback and got my money back. Don't take no for an answer from your bank, they can easily arrange refund and are obliged to do so.
