Gadget Geeks Cresta incompetence

Gadget Geeks Cresta messed up my iPhone 11 when they replaced the battery and speaker. The phone started to malfunction the day after they worked on it. I took it back to them but they clearly didn’t want to or didn’t know how to sort out my phone. I had no other choice than to replace it. I wasted the money spent in the repair, and iStore refused to trade in the phone as a non-Apple technician worked on it. So I also lost out on the trade in value of R5000.
