Bad Service Gadget Geeks Cresta Mall
I visited Gadget Geek at Cresta Mall. I paid for a new battery but they never replaced my old one and charged me for a new one. I have proof because I took a photo of my old battery. When I asked for my old battery, they couldn't give it to me, why ?? It was still in my phone. They stories and lies!! Always running to their store downstairs to fetch phone parts. Don't let your phone out of site. So many bad reviews but still in business. I had to give one star, but they are not worth it. How can they still be in business in a prestigious Mall like Cresta?

Gadget Geeks Scottburgh
I gave my Apple I pad in at Gadget Geeks Scottburgh and had the worst service from these guys. When I gave it in the guy said I first have to pay in R3000 and they will fix it. After three weeks and many visits nothing happened. The worst people working there and when you enter they start talking on there phones in a language nobody can understand and when the get to you they say they are still waiting come back tomorrow. When I was fed up with other people also waiting for there phones they called a guy who said he will bring the tablet and my R3000. He will be there at 17hoo. We waited and waited and when he arrived he said he forgot our stuff. He phone someone to bring it to Scottburgh and said they will repay my money and give me the i pad. Later he said he will bring it to us and so he did. Only the i pad and R1000 he will bring the other R2000 tomorrow. We are still waiting. Nothing happed. The worst service I have ever had

Creepy staff
Staff at the Gateway store scream at and harass women that walk past insisting they enter, desperately insisting that they like them. All Pakistani men. Reported it to security.

Biggest ****mers - Gadget Geeks must go down!
This place is run by a bunch of ****mers. Charged me outrageous amounts for wireless charger, phone cover and screen protector. They should not be allowed to operate unchecked in the mall as they are ******. Please don’t support this business. When they call you into their store run the other way.
