UNEDUCATED TELEPHONE OPERATORS

<p>Every time I call when there's a problem I struggle to communicate with the people answering the phones and also with most of the technicians.</p> <p>this has been a four year problem and is REALLY annoying! If I wasn't with a franchise I would most defiantly not be paying R3000 per month to this useless company!</p>
