Wrong information

I have purchased a Nokia 503 Asha from the call centre.I was not told about any admin fees + when I asked the consultant if this is an Android phone and can I download BBM he rep**** YES..and now the damn phone is not.so now i'm sitting with something that i was mislead into taking.I demand a return immediately and i do not care if i opened it already because the consultant should of known of the product before forcing me into taking this cellpohone.Please listen to the telecom to confirm on how many times I asked him..I will take this up further to Wendy Nola.I am Irate
