Annoyed former customer!!!
If i could rate them minus 0 I would. I would like to warn anyone who is thinking of taking out an education insurance cover for their child, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY. For the past 22 months I have been making contributions of R1153 of which R1000 was put aside as so called "savings". I made a withdrawal of R2500 this month which I received. I decided to cancel the policy because I'm not happy with how they do their business, they seem like ****mers. They say I'm only entitled to R1690. 90 refund from the savings which I have not received an explanation of how the hell they came to that conclusion,I'm still waiting for a clear statement from them. I'm writing this review just to warn others out there who may be approached by these people. Think really hard or better yet, RUN!!!!!!!

VERY ANNOYED CUSTOMER!!!!!!!
I'm starting to think Futurewise is a **** honestly. What kind of call centre are they running when you call their voice automated service repeatedly tells you there is no one to answer calls. They don't respond to emails. A few weeks ago I called and asked to make a withdrawal from the savings that I have been putting away from my son because I had an emergency, the lady I spoke to said she will put in the claim and call me back, nearly a month later I have not heard anything from them and I can't get hold of them. Be very careful when signing up with this company, they seem very shaddy. I regret taking out a policy with them but I will definitely will not be paying my premiums anymore.
